If you have
a dog or just love these extraordinary four-legged friends, you know that no
matter what happens to them, it would be a heartbreaking event for the owners.
Think of the pain, fear, and suffering of an owner who loses his four-legged
friend, not because he dies, but because he for some reason runs away and gets
lost without being found. A situation experienced by the two protagonists of
this moving story ...
Eventually, the shelter volunteers took Blue under their wing, but he had to wait months to find someone to adopt him; this is because, with the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, the shelter has been closed to the public, except for appointments.
It is
precisely for this reason that the shelter has decided to post a short video of
Blue playing ball on their Facebook profile, to try and convince someone to
adopt him; luckily fate wished that among the comments on the post there was also
that of the desperate owner: "That's my dog!"
The man had lost Blue in Tennessee, but then, after months of desperate searching, had to move to Texas for job reasons; he never thought of finding him by chance, like this: 200 days had passed since his disappearance and the man had almost given up hope ...
And so the
owner traveled a whopping 2,000 miles
in his car to reach the Washington shelter, showing photos of Blue to convince
the volunteers that that dog was really his and then there was the moving
meeting between the two: Blue immediately recognized his owner, and the two
hugged like two old friends!
